All products purchased from bitcoinmuggen.se are printed on demand when you place an order, therefore delivery may take a little longer than usual. Most products are shipped from Latvia or Great Britain. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out.

When you shop in our store, we collect certain personal data that are necessary to handle your order and provide our services. We collect and process your personal data to perform the contract with you and to comply with our legal obligations. This includes managing your order, delivering products, and handling any returns or complaints. We may also use your data to inform you about offers and news if you have given your consent. We store your personal data as long as it is necessary for the purposes they were collected for and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt according to the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59). If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us in writing (via email or letter) within this time frame. The product must be returned in the same condition as at delivery, in the original packaging and unused. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days from the date we received the returned product. Information on how and where to send back the product will come with the ordered item.
Complaint
If you notice any defect or deficiency on your ordered product, you have the right to complain within 3 years according to the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (1990:932). Please notify us in writing as soon as possible after you have discovered the defect. We will review your complaint and, if it is considered justified, offer a refund or exchange of the product. The customer is not liable for costs associated with the complaint, including return shipping and handling fees.
